and all other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos of
Boniface Engineering, LTD. appearing on the Boniface Engineering
Website are the property of Boniface Engineering, LTD. All uses of
such marks shall inure to the benefit of Boniface Engineering, LTD.,
and the use of Boniface Engineering, LTD.’s marks in conjunction
with any other logos are marks shall not create a unitary of
composite mark. All other trademarks, trade names, service marks,
logos, product names, and company names appearing on the Boniface
Engineering Website are the property of their respective owners.
- Choice
of Law. Except as may be prohibited by applicable law,
these terms and conditions of use will be governed by and construed
and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee,
United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law
principles. EXCEPT AS MAY BE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW; YOU
EXPRESSLY CONSENT, AGREE AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL
JURISDICTION OF THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITTING IN HAMILTON
COUNTY, TENNESSEE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUIT OR LEGAL ACTION ARISING
OUT OF THE BONIFACE ENGINEERING WEBSITE; YOU CONSENT, SUBMIT TO AND
AGREE THAT VENUE FOR SUCH SUIT OR LEGAL ACTION IS PROPER IN SAID
COURTS; AND YOU WAIVE ANY AND JURISDICTIONAL DEFENSES YOU MAY HAVE
TO THE INSTITUTION OF ANY SUCH SUIT OR LEGAL ACTION IN SAID COURTS.
