Dick worked for NY recovery for many years and was lined up to drive one of NY’s latest vehicles, the Mercedes Actros 610 which has recently been improved by the installation of an Interstater 6 with Lowrider boom and Pioneer axle, unfortunately he died before it was ready for the road, now before you make any comments this wasn’t due to the length of Boniface’s delivery times, it was more tragic as Dick got cancer and although he worked to the end he just couldn’t shake it off. Neil Yates wanted to recognise Dick’s long service and dedicated the truck to his memory and used the truck to escort Dick to his final resting place.
